Refund & Licensing Policy for HRJPG

Thank you for choosing HRJPG for your photography and digital image design needs. Please review our terms below:

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of photography and digital image files, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or sent, we generally do not offer refunds.

  • Exceptions: If you receive a file that is corrupted or cannot be opened, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement file.

  • Licensing Terms: By purchasing an image from HRJPG, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal use license (unless a commercial license agreement has been separately arranged).
